I'll be out of the 'office' for the rest of the month of May. I wont be able to answer e-mail or phone
Specializing in fly fishing Northern Virginia and Washington D.C.'s urban and suburban fisheries. I am the D.C. metro area's only full time fly fishing guide.
I am a fly fishing consultant. Washington D.C is full of consultants. I just happen to be one that focuses on fly fishing. I provide expert knowledge and advice to fly fisherman in Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., and beyond. I offer guided trips in Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. Think of me as
a personal trainer, coach, or tutor for the angler. I specialize in urban and suburban fly fishing for warm water species like striped bass, carp, catfish, bluegill, sunfish, crappie, gar, walleye, snakeheads, largemouth and smallmouth bass.
We will work on your casting, identifying fish and insects that fish eat, where the fish are and why they are there, and how to catch them. Through my instruction you will learn how to fly fish while you are fishing.
My background in consulting, education, fly fishing, and biological sciences gives me a unique
approach to fly fishing education and instruction. You will gain a
whole new perspective on fly fishing that you will not gain from a
local fly shop, magazine, book, or TV show. My goal is to make you a competent, successful, and self sufficient angler. Sign up today.
A deposit of half the amount is required to reserve your time. This is the busiest time of the year. Someone else may book the time slot you want. Be sure to put down a deposit.

News:
2012 Snakehead Challenge:
I will buy lunch and a pint at The Liberty Tavern for the first client in 2012 to legally catch, land, and be photographed with a snakehead. The fish has to eat the fly and be caught in the mouth. No snags or foul hooks
